"Andy--I want to commend you for the excellent, indefatigable effort you put forth in selling my home/property. We both knew it had to be offered at a very fair price in this difficult market. However, your efforts from the first day started out at a fast clip and you never let up until it was sold/closed. You did all of the usual things--quickly--relating to signage; advertising; and. most especially--keeping in touch with other agents having buyers in that particular price range. There were frequent showings, and you had to make the 25 minute drive from town for each one. As I recall, one day there were three showings. As it turned out, you brought me four offers in the relatively short time you had it listed. One of which led to a mutual agreement and sale. Being that I have my real estate license in Florida, and worked in the business for years--I am thoroughly aware of how well this was handled from start to conclusion.
